Saint Patrick's Day

Saint Patrick’s Day

At Saint Patrick’s Day, in the morning all classes from Saint Patrick’s School went to mass. When we were all in church, one person in every class had to walk to the front, and put the hats in front of the alter. The hats were colored green for Saint Patrick’s Day. Words were stuck to the hats.

When we arrived back to our school, we first had morning tea, when morning tea was finished, we all sat down in front of room 5 and 4. Our principal had to organize our groups and what group we will be going to. The groups were limericks, Shamrocks, Emeralds, and I forgotten the rest. I was in Limericks.

Six classes had a different activity. The activity were Bowling, Fishing, painting, making rainbows, making bookmarks, writing and coloring. We all had to rotate every time we hear the first bell.

When we finished all activities, we all went to sit in front of room 5 and room 4 again. Then some of our teachers, and our group leader, had to give us ice blocks, after that, our principal told us who won. The winner was Emeralds.

Kamusta Vine,
I really love the way that you add the interesting words to your story and it really engages the audience.
